  • thanks Tom, your right of course I want to take care of the reliability side of things. I was a little taken aback by the tech issues.
    (its been less the 5 months since it was on track) I just need an SFI window net and I should be ready

    Dave, I have been running that car for years, and at this point it sounds like the best advice I can give you is to figure out the safest and least expensive way to get through tech, and then spend all of your money on getting track time with the car pretty much as it is. Make it rock solid reliable (not hard for a honda) and then spend all your time and effort on understanding how to drive the car, do track days, test days etc until you get to a point where you can't go any faster, then take on the wheel to wheel and start to update the car parts. Me and a lot of guys can sell you all kinds of go fast parts, but if you havent maxed out your car/talent it is meaning less waste of cash.. Good luck and feel free to ask questions

    there is quite a bit that can and should be done to a CRX to keep it competitive, especially with the added weight penalty a few years back. Vew my site and you will get an idea of what can and should be legally done
