We suffered a great loss ....................... Paul Newman left us last night to join the other greats that have gone before him. He brought , and left , a lot of contributions to OUR sport of road racing. I really appreciated all that he did. ......He will surely be missed

Just Wanted to inform everyone that electrical power at CMP is limited. Unlike VIR and Savannah, you are not able to access the breaker box. So, if you happen to overload the 15 amp circuit you will have to locate one of the track workers to get it reset. Which is a very lengthy process.

I just wanted to remind everyone to make sure you bring a generator. The power at Kershaw is only 10 amp and it does not stay on long. And when the breaker trips you have to find one of the track people to get it turned back on. They do not trust us to know how to do it so they lock the box.

Poor power makes it hard for me( as a camper) to enjoy a weekend of racing. Sure we are there mostly for the racing but, I do like to cool down after a fun day on the track. I was told the last time I was there that it wasn't a problem(if it isn't then why do they lock the circut breaker...
