Hey guys, i was pointed to this fourm for help getting info on this car. any info would be much appreciated as i only hae experience with Hondas
I am thinking about buying a 1981 VW siccrocco
The chassis has 300,000km. It has been a race car since 1990, first as an ITA car, then the current owner has set it up for Rally. So it has been garage kept since 1990, no rust it was all taken cae of in 1995. It won it;s class once in 9 rally, 2 DNFs (first rally origonal motor died, secnd DNF he went of and bent a control arm
How reliable and easy to work on are these cars?
Should i check the regluar stuff as if i was buying a street car or is there anyhting else is hould check for on a car that has had 13 years of racing?
