1995 GCR

Hi does anyone have a copy of a 1995 (or something close) GCR? Just need the IT section & didn't get a response from National in KS.

Wes, I should be able to dig up a copy of the 1995 GCR this weekend if the '98 copy wont do. Let me know.

Not sure when the engine coatings rule went into effect, and was later rescinded. IIRC, it was rescinded in either '99 or '00, but I'm not 100% sure.
