510 Header

I blew out the header on my 510 ITC car at Buttonwillow last month and it doesn't look like a repair will hold. Is there a concensus on which header is best for these cars? TIA!

Stahl headers are the best, but pricey. I run a four into one with 2 1/2 inch outlet.
I don't know the make since it was on the motor I bought. I had it Jet Hot Coated as well and have had no probelms .I'm told these engines run best with some back preasure, so use a muffler such as Flow Master.

Wow! Those are pricey, aren't they?

Oh well, maybe I'd better re-evaluate trying to repair the old ones...
