If I get the little Trailblazer, I need to off my full size van.
The good news, 87 G20, half ton, ex conversion van( heavy springs)
1) 87 305, 600 holley on performer intake
2) mapsensor, tps, knock, sensor, for ignition control
3) Electric fans with auto control
4) Turbo 400 with shift kit and cooler, 3.08 rear
5) lowered 2 in front, 1 in rear, poly bushings on fat, front sway bar.
6) Bilstein front shox, magnum max control rear shox, one added rear leaf.
7) 3 in. diesel exhaust
8) new light blue, shitty paint, white roof. No rust ever.
9) Honda reclining front seats, Subaru rear reclining seats
(seats four)
10 fresh Kumho tires on older black and chrome 15x7 wheels
11) PFC front pads, Napa raybestos rear shoes
12) fresh pan, seals, cam, heads, oil pump, waterpump, plat plugs, 55# oil pressure at 65mph. 25-30 idle
13) gets about 15-16mpg without trailer, with 3500#trailer@ 65mph, gets about 12 or a tad more. 11@ 77mph
The bad news. AC is too weak to cool the whole thing, (134)
Uses some oil, about 1qt per 1000miles.
192K, all synthetic oils, engine, rear(not trans)
seats show some wear. The window seals allow some noise.
This is basically a windows down tow vehicle. Wife wants a window up, air on, newer truck.
Asking 2000$, drive it any where. Just put 1900 miles on it to Summit , from Tampa, last weekend.
