Accord Headlite Help (No HiPo content)

Looking for some basic info on an 89 Accord. The headlights don't go down when turned off. The are motor controlled.

All I really need is a schematic for that circuit, but I will settle w/ some insight.

Are these relay controlled? (Where) Is the relay external to the motor assy? I am sure it is just a bad switch somwhere. Comments?
