AFFF recertification

Who does re-certification of the tanks. Have a SPA AFFF system that is out. I know TrueChoice and Pegasus does it, but shipping has become an issue (at least with my local UPS and USPS). Does anyone do it locally in Central Florida? Can any fire extinguisher company do this?
