I tried 215-50/13 (V700?) 2 years ago. That tire, when drifted aggressively, is slow. It rewards neat, tidy, driving...not exactly what the 1st gen Rx-7's excell at. Driven like a Hoosier, they are 2+ sec/lap slower. When I backed off to figure out why my times sucked, I clocked a lap only .5 sec slower than Hoosiers. Those tires lasted ~6 heat cycles. The Victo Racers are the more appropriate tire for the Rx-7...The size just is not as handy.
Kind of apples and oranges comparison, but I hope it helps.
