B14 front spoiler, where to buy?

Does anyone have an "easy button" for a effective front lip spoiler for a B14 (200SX specifically). I know Stillen makes one that looks like it may be modifiable to be more effective, but I think the little wiglets on the side are not legal.

I am aware that older Honda Accord lower lips will fit on a B14 and I don't believe they would stick out past the stock body lines from above.
