By centering on drivers with outrageous personalities, it should be a very profitable series if it catches on - lends itself to serious merchandising possibilities. They're looking for a TV "home" right now, but planning to go live in January. Show will be hosted by rapper Ice T. I imagine serious racers are supposed to be offended at this highly commercial take on what we do, but I think it'd be a lot of fun to race with a cruiser flashing "party lights" in my mirrors.
