bullet-cam on-track video example

Figured I'd make a new topic to catch everyone's attention... ran my bullet camera roof-mounted with the Audiovox PVR last race weekend, and got some awesome video. I've got one clip uploaded already, 15.1MB:

The pic quality and steadiness of the camera are an amazing improvement over the typical camcorder action (I was using an IO Port mount for the camcorder; the bullet cam is just velcroed to the roof).

The camera is a 1/4" Sony CCD bulletcam piped into the Audiovox PVR. Look in the Bargains section for full details. Total setup runs around $250-300 for video and sound - the data overlay you'll see in the video on my website more than triples the cost.

Yes, there is a wider lens available; that was with a 72-degree lens, but you can get a 90-degree lens.
