I use with my full-width Wink mirror and they are readily available, rollbar clamps (like the ones used for helmet hooks) with long slots perfect for adjustng the wink. If you are interested I'll dig through my catalogs for the source.Originally posted by BMW RACER:

I've been looking around for mirrors and/or brackets to mount off my cage. Do you, or anyone else for that matter have any recommendations?
Cheers.

I can't speak for everyone, but driver side view, because of the reasons you speak of, is a problem for many. The full view wink helps a lot, and some jerry-rigged sideviews, but I suggest you get used to using your ears and a quick glance over your left shoulder, if you're not using that seat with the wrap around head restraints. I also find that getting in the habit of knowing what's behind you (read: quick takes on the inside rearview mirror as often as prudent) will let you know ahead of time where and when people are setting up to pass. I don't mean to belabor the obvious, but newbies, just like the rest of us, sometimes forget what they already know.Originally posted by Mike Spencer:

Is this a common problem? It COULD be a good reason to go to a convex "side" mirror mounted just inside the window.
