ok i have about two months before the first race of the season at lime rock, since i won't be nhis. after gaining about 20 lbs in blubber over the winter i have decided to hit the gym seriously again!!! i figure i will be down to 165 by may.(fingers crossed). my routine is weight lifting, running and biking, and martial arts. is anyone else preparing for the season physically?
