OK so some of my bookmarks seem to have gone missing, or are on some other computer, duh, I don't know, but I can't remember. Anyway, can I get some inputs for your VW parts suppliers? BSI has completely gotten out of the VW parts business, some other suppliers seem flaky, just looking for suggestions here. Is parts4vws.com the best? THanks.

If you know the official VW Part numbers, then join partsvoice.com

This site works for dealers (of any brand) where they have chosen to list their parts inventories.

Just pick the manufacturer and search up to three part numbers at a time. It will then identify the dealer (with a contact phone #) you call and see if they have the part.

You can make deals on old inventory items.

This site is a reliable service and they have been around for some time. I suspect that there are others.

Great source for hard to find items... www.force5auto.com

Chris (the owner) has a lot of VW/Audi Pro Rally connections as well... Knows his stuff, especially on the IT type stuff!

On edit: His normal business is not race cars but with the Rally stuff in his blood he knows where to get just about anything for a VW or Audi.
