FC ITS headlights and assemblies??

Guys,
A question for you guys on our 2nd gen ITS car. I've been reading the '04 GCR, and I still can't figure out if one is able/allowed to remove the headlights and all of its assemblies or not. Any input or guidance on this particular issue.

Again, 2nd gen 1989 RX-7

So the answer is no. Put some tape over the glass, close 'em up and forget 'em.
