I'm confused as to why you can't use lug nuts if you can use bolts. Do they used collared lug bolts rather than ball-head or conical-head bolts?

there isnt enough room in the machined whole for a socket the lug bolt itself fills the entire whole. the end of the lug bolt has a 10 point torques bit. If u go to tire rack the rims are the motegi racing rm125 black i really wanted to use them but im not really interested in using these special lug bolts with spacers if they even offer them in the length i need. just want a simple set up like i had on the GTI.

Yeah I wondered if you were looking for an ITS size.

I have had good luck finding less popular size combinations by watching forum classifieds like vortex. You should also keep a look out on Subaru forums, as they have a lot of 5 x 100.

The best bang for the buck in a lightweight wheel is Spin Werks IMO, but you are looking at something around $250 per wheel there I think.

1552 tuning also carries compomotive, and there are some 15x7 options in the $210/wheel range:

This is probably the best value out there right now:

Maybe cheap enough to pick up 6 in order to have a few spares on hand in case of an incident damaging a wheel or two.

I found discount tire yesterday seem like good prices. Does anybody know anything about Drag rims as a wheel company seem like descent wheels for a descent price

does anybody know anything about the wheel company Drag? They make a rim 15x7 that weighs 14.25 for only 100 bucks. I usually get shafted when i buy anyhting so im asking the pro's what your thoughts are. There called drag dr-34 they seem like an ok company. Guys on the SRT forums use them for drag racing. Will they stand up to the abuse of road racing do you get what u pay for light weight rim for cheap money means cheap right!? Any and all imput is welcome. The corrado needs some wheels to ride on! :026:
