700 on the front with the sway bar is in the ballpark. You'll probably may want more than 1000 in the rear. For the rear bar, either get the Mugen 26mm or call Charleston at ASR for one of his nice kits - www.asrparts.comYeah, this is a track only race car. I have a set of #700's sitting on the shelf. Good for the front I think. So what you are saying is at least #1000 for the rear? I cant find anything bigger than 21mm for the rear. OK?
For reference, I am running the following on my ITS Integra.
800F / 1200R springs
18mm F / 24mm R bars
The bars and shocks are tuned to be neutral to loose. Very nice to drive and turns in great. Pay attention to corner weights, alignment, and that nothing is loose or bent. Also be sure nothing in binding, esp in the rear. The rear has to move in 2 planes and it is easy to get it bound up with bad bushings or bent parts.
Good luck.
What brand of spings are the #1200's and where did you get them?
