Kumho Regional Contingency

Has anyone seen if Kumho is offering contingency awards (Kumho Bucks) for SCCA regional racing in 2010? I have looked everywhere and can't find a thing.

I haven't seen it advertised anywhere either, but I would assume it is still valid. I have done it in years past with a form with the past years date. They so far have honored all requests and even sent me back a current form. I currently have the 2009 form and plan on using that this year.
