I've seen lots of E36 IT cars (325) with an E36M3 front bumper cover & air dam.

Are these legal? Don't they create/add additional air holes over stock (saying this from memory)?

I don't think that was out of the blue. Bob has been running very well with consistent terrible luck all season. And as an old Runoffs guy, he knows Mid-O.
