Minor waivers for NHIS?

Do kids need a minor waiver to get into NHIS to watch? The one on-line at scca.org looks like a participant form for solo events. May well be the same thing but just wanted to double check. Dick? Brian?

Thanks.

Minor waiver is done at the registration window. If you can have both parents at the window, you can get one that is actually good for the whole season, you just need to show the paperwork each event. It says "All" for both date & location of event, so it may get you in at other tracks, we've never been asked at other tracks. Waiver needs to stick with the kid if the kid is going to come & go during the event. The wristband need not go on the kid if the it is likely it will get fall off, get lost, get eaten, etc. we clip them on the stroller.

With a kid who has recently learned how to walk & is very curious, a harness & leash are the way to go.

We usually just duct tape the wristband to our 19 month old girl's forehead.

thanks guys.
