Name this sound. Timing belt tensioner has been changed already and before this video, the alternator belt was removed to rule out the alternator and water pump.

He would just tell me to remove the supercharger from the engine.

Got a couple of responses from Facebook, and after loosening the timing belt the noise went away.

T-belt too tight and/ or wheel is hitting the plastic cover.
