Need someone in NoVA to check a car

Looking for a smart someone who I can hire to take a critical look at a MkIII GTI that I have found for sale in Manassas, VA. This would be a "pre-screen," to identify any obvious reasons that I might not want to make the trip, as opposed to a "final inspection" on which a purchase would be based.

All suggstions appreciated!
