Being that it is still an SSC car your specs are probably limited to what you can get on a factory setup. I think the later model neons had slotted clevis bolts on the bottom of the struts if so you want as much negative camber as you can get up to 2.5 degrees, you want as much caster as you can get with a stock set up and you want a 1/8" toe out overall in the front. For the back if there is adjustment to get 1.5 degrees negative camber and pretty much 0 degrees toe.
This is a good start for most all tracks.
