Not to be a jerk, but there are two sides to every story, and that picture isn't exactly cat and dry. It *could* be interpreted as a Jetta over cooking into the corner and smoking the brakes into the side of the Miata.

I'm just sayin'..

Well, to be exact, what I'm saying is that I personally wouldn't go publishing shots and slandering a guy all over the net without having had a chat with him at the VERY least, (and full agreement on what happened from him) or a third party judgement. What it things were opposite and YOU made a mistake and got your pic posted ?
