*NEW Feature* - Google Search for IT.com

If you are viewing via the IT vB Default skin (change it in lower left dialog box) you can now do searches of this site via Google. This removes some of the limitations of the vB search such as the 3 character limitation which prevents searching for things like ITA, ITS, SER, 944, GTI etc. I hope this makes searching the site more accessible for you guys. :026:

To see the Google search, go to "Advanced Search" in the search drop down.

The Google search will be added to the 2 other skins (Cromium & Black) shortly.

ok all 3 skins should now show the Google Search feature in the Advanced search.

I tried it out and really like being able to search on 3 letter strings now. eg: 'ITS 944' or 'ITB GTI' now actually works !

These short search strings used to result in:

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : ITB, GTI​
