New Track???

He's not thinking anything about Road Racing, from what I have seen.

The parking lots might be good for SOLO, however.
 
If you read the article, you'll see that the plan is for an *indoor* NASCAR track.
I assume that fans will be bringing their own gasmasks....interesting concept, though.
