What are the ITS and ITB records and who has them?

There was no track record in ITS this time - the old one from Matt is still standing: 1:33.3. Not sure how weather was like back then.

Records are on www.NJRRS.com Once I get the official book I'll update the rest of the new records.
These will also be on www.NeSCCA.com.

Hopefully in 2010 our club will have a place on www.SCCA.com for the SCCA track records.
