Getting it ready...

Motor is being gone over, head being freshened up, new lightweight wheels, new rain tires, new intermediates, hell - I bought the friggin snow tires too!

Dyno tune later this month, ECU tweak - may go stand alone....you'll have to buy me beer to see the charts :-)

Looking to really show some speed with a better prep for 2010. Gettin' up to a 9/10ths level prep now.

Just might remove the rug too - new fire system will offset the weight loss.

Who else is laying down some ITR effort???

(yes, this is proof that the real estate industry is showing some life again)

Excellent!!! Looking forward to more good results!

I would've been there with ya, till I figured out that I can build a DSR for only a few more pennies...

The DSR will be awesome but I wonder if you end up where I did with the GT1/SPO stock car - not enough guys to race. If GTA was big in the NE then I'd have been set and wouldn't have sold it. GT1 didn't have that many guys to race and I was outmatched at 400 hp.

Will you have enough guys to race with the DSR?

If we could only find a way to divert that motivation away from evil, and toward good, the world would be such a better place...

BTW this car is for sale over on the DSR site for $39,500. Come run 49's at LRP or 1:50's at WGI. I have no stake in it just want to share the fun...

And slicks... and wings... and tunnels and ground effects... sequential 6-speed gearboxes with paddle-actuated no-lift shift and auto-blip downshifting. Lotsa carbon fiber, too. And real race shocks, as fancy as you wanna buy. Adjustable anti-roll bars are legal too.

But IT can be fun too! ;)

OK, busted... I still drive the Miata when I can and enjoy the big fields. IT might be in my future soon also and maybe ITR/SPU. I'm working on having one car for for every race group.

LOL! Sounds like me, justifying buying the third P-car: once you get to three, they call you a Collector! ;)

Hi - I bought a set of Kodiak rims out of Canada. Extremely lightweight - cost about $500 per wheel plus shipping. That was in a group buy with Kip Vansteenberg - we just got 2 sets. Check your offest - they worked on Kips car but I need to run a small spacer. Installing new hubs and studs this winter so I can safely run the spacer.
