Hello Everyone,

Wanted to let you all know that the new Northeast Racing Website is up and running.

** New for 2008 - Payments now accepted via Paypal. **
Drivers can now purchase their tires before heading for the track, eliminating having to deal with it during the weekend. You can also prepay for your mounting, balancing, and tire disposals.

We also have a new photo gallery. If you have a photo that you want added, we ask that it include a HOOSIER or TOYO logo in it for inclusion to the gallery. Send it to us via the "Contact Us" link.

When the 2008 Contingency is finalized, you can find it here.

Want driving directions to the track? Weather? Where Bob's trailer will be parked for the race weekend? You can find it all here.

His tire prices are higher than the posted retail pricing from Hoosier, at least for 225.40.17's. I wonder what's going on?

Check Hoosier & Appalaichian tire. Never mind.........Hoosier raised their pricing again for the 2008 DOT tires, they were 237, now 244.

I think you might be looking at the next line down on the Appalachian Tire site.
The 245/40-17's are $244. The 225/40-17's you first stated are $237 - same as Smarty's prices.

The mothership sets the prices. The distributors push it down to the vendors (Appalachian, Northeast Racing, etc.).

Site looks great!!! I am going to have to get a picture of the hoods on our cars as well as a shot with smarty's welder and his feet hanging out of the car on any given weekend for you :)

Are you guys getting into drifting now?

I'd think it would be tough with a FWD car ?!?!?!?!?! :D

lol... that picture is actually from Ohio when the CRX came into the pits one fire, and I left the pits goung through the cloud of smoke...

We saved the drifting for the ice racing with stephens Jag

From the ice... proving that not only are Audi's superior to Subarus, but Jags also are!!!
