Suspension tuning books for Hondas??

I'm looking for a book to help me tune my 89 honda Accord HB for IT racing. The more detailed and technical the better. I've seen a few books but seem to deal mostly with RWD cars. I have the almost double wishbone suspension don't remember the actual name.
If it goes over tuning tips on newer Hondas like my 00 Prelude that would be great too.
