tire delivery assist? from VIR 13 hour to ARRC

i want to get four 14" tires from Phils Tire Service.

he will be at the VIR 13 hour. could anyone help out and take these to the ARRC?

This is a little different than your request but,

I can go to Phil’s store and get them for you and can do it this Saturday. I will be out in that area Saturday at the NY Rally race. While I am not going down to the ARRC, I am along the route that most of the New Englanders would take to get there. It would be way more convenient for someone heading down to pick up the tires from me than to go out of the way to Phil’s Store if your VIr deal doesn’t work out. Let me know.
 
Chris, I guess I'll be shooting across the Tappan Zee on my way down to Atlanta from Fairfield County...is that near you?? I plan to leave Tuesday evening.

I still haven't chosen the route, thinking 81 south...
 
My office is at exit 8 on 287 in white plains. Would be easy to meet up with you. I can meet you anywhere along 287.

Funny, I've already got 10 tires for Tom on the truck...adding 4 more makes it more than I've got! Actually not quite, lol.

Sounds great, and easy, as long as my trailer doesn't get stuck. OK with you Tom?

Just totaled the tires...40 all up, sheeeesh.!
 
We are leaving tomorrow (Thursday noon time) for the 13 hour. We will be seeing AJ on the way down. How about I give the tires to AJ and he can bring them down to ARRC, Tom?
 
on the sandbox thread Jeremy Lucas thought someone from THR could get them and he could bring them to the ARRC.

So either THR or AJ is fine with me.

i appreciate the help. And i though Jake might want to bring his car down in addition to that load of tires so i was not going to ask him....
