Traffic Limit?

For the last week or so, IT.com has been pretty frustrating. I click on 3 or 4 threads that load OK, then it stops responding. Nothing until I wait several minutes, then I can access 3 or 4 more threads. Feels like its limiting access based my download rate. Anybody know what's up?

Anybody know how to whip Greg's ..., er, I mean fix this?
