Who's running the SARRC/ECR at RA?

Is there anyway to see the registration lists for the Feb. 25/26 RA event? I plan to be there shooting pics.
 
I am planning on going, doing the test day and the SARRC, but if the forecast holds true it will be raining all week and the weekend too. If that's the case, I'll park people, but skip any racing. Although it made for some scary fun last weekend at Roebling, I can't see shelling out $400 to test and race in the rain even if I do have new rains mounted.
