escort GT ?

i also see that in the FP class it says that the escort needs to have a fuel cell, why a fuel cell when the original tank sits ahead of the rear wheels?

Manny--Unfortunately, rules are rules...I am not a huge fan of cells because, like you said, the location is well thought out in the Escort, but also because they are heavy.

I have an Aluminum 10 gallon Fuel Safe cell in my GP car, but with all the bracing and lines, it is a lot heavier than the stock tank in the IT car.

Cheers.

Hey Manny, wondering if you are interested in any of the parts that I have available or even my car. I do have a fuel cell in my car now, a 15 gallon which I have mounted in the wheel well space off-set to the right for better weight distribution. Production requires a cell because not all cars in the production class are as well sorted out as the EGT. If you don't want my car or any parts, at least pick my brain, I'll tell all! Good luck.
