At least 3 people to tell the bulb changer that he should get a used, proven, bulb instead of spending all that $$ on a new one.
 
While changing the lite bulb, light bulb, lightbulb or lamp is the process legal if the three folks holding the legal ladder rotate the ladder while the person on top the legal ladder holds & centers the bulb to the receptacle?
