Jensen Healey IT Prep Progress II

Where are you located with your Opel? I would love to see one of those run since I've always liked the cars. Unique and neat, and, I would think you've got a chance as well. The road less followed might not guarentee you'll win, but you'll have fun!

My electrons don't care if they flow through OEM wires, do yours?

One before I go to race school - I leave in 20 minutes. Car is not done, lots of stuff to do with wiring and getting some new decals, not to mention building the motor!!! But, I think I can get her all done in 5 weeks.

Amazingly, Ron built this entire race car using only a few handtools and a small orange workbench.

Hey, I have that same workbench in my house!
Unfortunately my 5 year old daughter won't let me use it. She doesn't let me use her tools either.....

Unfortunately, our (Ron and I split it) new 260z (when you race British cars, we decided that a back up of Japanese origin would be smart) and the TR8 have taken most of this month's time. Still have a March ETA for the first race with the Jensen. Motor is back from the machine shop, head and cam carriers are on. Probably another two full weekends of assembly and it's ready to go. Pictures in a few weeks.....
