NARRC Points

It sure would be a cheap way to win the NARRC if you don't go Andy.
[/b]

Yeah, it sure would be cheap to set a goal; develop in less than 2 seasons a car that many dismissed or overlooked; run near or below track record times at NHIS short, NHIS long, LRP, and Pocono; and, finally, achieve your goal.

In fact, that would be such a cheap thing to do that a bunch of wankers and grumblers might have to launch a chat-room thread giving you grief for focusing on said goal.

I will make it easy for my other two friends Andy and Joe - If they both go to Ohio I will go too, taking me completely out of the equation - although I am not convinced I was ever in. We were not committed to the NARRC Championship so no biggy.

[/b]

Well now that Timmy's in. :023: If Andy's in so am I.

Andy?

I wouldn't exactly call it a bunch of wankers and grumblers. I would consider it more of a panel of our racing peers. ;)

On that note - If Andy passes and Joe passes on Ohio I would feel compelled to save the $600 in tow money and the other fees +++++ and compete with my good friends at LRP - Just let me know where to go, when to show up, and how much money to bring as well as how I get back my reg $ from the Cinncy folks. I am just trying to make it easier for us to race at Mid-Ohio.

Not this year boys...sorry. Goal was to win the NARRC and it's still the goal. I am hoping many Regions will keep the IT-Spectacular 'open' next year and beyond.

Greg's a professional at getting under your skin - but I am immune now. Seriously.

PS: I am still secretly hoping that you pull a "Greg Amy" scandal and show up for Sundays events (After Lime Rock is done) under cover for the second half of the weekend.... That really would be the ultimate!!! From the back, zero track time and to the front... If I had the funds, I would do it :035:

After corresponding this morning via e-mail with several of the ITA "players", I found myself giggling in the shower, as I had this image of Our Gang - The Little Racsals, getting ready for the big race, inside the He Man Woman Haters Club (women, please take no offense - this is not my intention). Please chime in and identify who your character would be.

I will spike my hair and take the role of Alfalfa.

I beleive there is a role for everyone - please pick a character from the website link. This is sounding a little to serious to me - easy to say when you are not a "real" contender for the NARRC Championship.

Sorry Tim, I think Jeremy would be Alfalfa. You would be Froggy, Greg would be Darla, Andy would be Spanky....I guess that leaves Buckwheat for Joe.............Hmmmm, I'm going from memory here (no lie) so I'll have to do some research on who I would be!! Maybe the dog???

Don't be a dork Steve, we're just busting on poor Andy.

Wait a second - I wanted to be Darla, and whoever wins would get a kiss on the cheek.
But if Tim gets that hair spike right, you know I would be rooting for Alfalfa! :birra:

Jeff, why in the world have you seen Greg in a Thong? Actually on second thought, I don't want to know.

I tried to find the picture but no go....Maybe Kirk or Bill Miller still has it???

Anyways,

I believe the term "pant waist" was invented for Greg............

ITA Championship Points

I want to take a moment to congratulate Andy B and Crazy Joe D on their NARRC finish, in 1st and 2nd Place respectively. Although we could take a run at Joe D for 2nd at the NARRC-OFFS, CPM Motorpsorts knew some time ago that we would not be able to make the NARRC-OFFS in September, due to a family committment (it's that college thing again). ANDY you had an awesome season and are a very deserving Champion. Joe - you worked hard this year and it showed in your results - Nice job guys. :OLA:

I want to congatulate the rest of the ITA field (I think I count 66 racers) for a great season. This is my second year in ITA and I continue be blown away with the tremnedous level of comraderie, talent, racing skill. and diversity in our class - this group is wonderful. I thought we raced hard and clean throughout the year making the season extremely exciting for all of us at CPM Motorsports. Our ITA class is hopeful and healthy for next year, as teams continue to develope their cars - I believe we will be amazed by the many rising stars to come.

Thanks to my Sponsors Carol and Jerry Miller and my Crew Chief Ken Schielke - their generosity of Money , Time, and Talent continue to make my racing dreams a reality - You guys are great. :happy204: Also thanks to Anthony Serra at Meccanic Shop North and his team for all their efforts.

I am not sure how CPM will finish it's '07 schedule, but good luck to all racers going forward - It's been a pleasure racing with you all. :birra:

ITA top three in points are a lock but the money fund is still up for grabs - good luck to all going forward.
