Pro-IT at NJMP with Grand-Am

Unless you hurt it yesterday, it isn't that bad...

How did it go? Looked for ya a couple times, but always missed you :/

The day went really well. A few things to iron out from an administrative standpoint, but the on track experience was pretty much top notch.

Morning was on toyos reaquainting myself with my car and the track, afternoon I ran two half hour sessions to get a feel for the hoosiers, then did an hour and a half enduro practice run. Felt really good to be out there again.

good to hear!

yea I bet! It was my first weekend of the year back at NJMP... a couple people actually said welcome home :) And I had my car there, but didn't get to drive it lol I rented it for the school.

back on topic:
Seeing the event up on the page, but no reg is such a tease!

There is a promoter test day on Thursday May 10. See www.NJMP.com (this is by the track). Looks like we have morning sessions and Grand-Am Rolex & Continential Tire has the afternoon.

I'm in. Thanks for the heads up Darrell.

Holy cow. 25 in just a few hours. Looks like everyone is chomping at the bit.

I'm sorry if its been asked already or if its stated some where obvious (i couldnt find it).

How many crew passes will we get?

Thanks,
Wes

signed up! only 24 spots left :)

I didn't see anything in the supps about contingency payouts. I assume none due to the nature of the event.?.

I have 6 including my 17 month old... all said free

sweet!

says 56 in the supps and 32 already entered in less than 6 hrs!

Stephen

PS: I suck at the multi quote function

Yes you do!

copy the 56 in the supps... I wonder about the 5 extra thingie... gonna need it!

whoops... I see, you're now... 42. Sorry

ba! My number is reserved by someone in ITB! :(

Test day details can be found here. $450 ($550) is a wee bit steep for 2 hours of track time (4 30 min sessions)... wow.

wow is right! ouch! damnit!

Payouts vary by event and class. Formulas are listed in the proitseries web site under rules. http://www.proitseries.com/about-us/rules

So do you suck at the multiquote function too, or are you just taunting Stephen?!

Registration for Rounds 1 and 2 of the 2012 TreadZone Pro IT Series is now open at on the DLB site - Select South Jersey Region as the Club to see the event calendar.

Schedule and Supps ... Register ... Entry List

The entry since registration opened at noon has been very robust. The GCR limit for the number of cars on course is 56 as stated in the Supps. There is a provision to apply for a waiver but that no decision has been made yet.

There are slots for six crew members on the printed entry and in DLB.

This event is looking like our best ever season opener. I hope that we can accommodate everyone interested in the race.

See ya at the Grand-Am

Terry
