Unfortunately, the "Brimming" is happening in my two furnaces, and they aren't brimming with heat. Cellar hasn't seen water in 37 years, but had two feet in it Monday...

Thanks Dan, the good news is that it's not where I live, it's a house I rent. And the tenant was in charge of watching for the water....I warned him repeatedly to not store things in the basement and to watch for water when the brook rises. I actually callled to double check, and got there in an hour to pump it out, but, too little too late.
He says he forgot to check, (just like he is always a month late forgetting the rent check LOL). So I'm trying to get people out there, but everyones busy so the tenant might need a sweater for a bit.
Ironically, it's a house I've decided to put up for sale, and will likely be bought by a developer, who will knok it down....furnaces won't matter to him, nor would they in a month!

So this thread is 19 pages so it has probably already been asked and maybe even answered but it will take me an hr to read it all so I am hoping somebody may know...
Does Mid-Ohio have any Test days the week prior?
Does anyone know the going rates and if it's a 1/2 day or full day?
Thanks,
Stephen Blethen

How many cars does Mid Ohio allow on the track? From looking at the grouping, there may be a LOT of cars in our run group!!
[/b]
Based on the GCR that says 25 cars per mile, and the track length of 2.4 miles (per the Mid-Ohio website, subject to change), figure around 60 cars.
[/b]
Better to be in front of 59 cars than behind.

I can see I'm going to be practicing my point-bys again!
Taking tomorrow off to get serious work done on the car.
